20ml Beefeater gin
20ml Campari
20ml Sweet vermouth
4ds Homemade salt solution*
Mix all the ingredients together and stir. Strain into rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist and serve with a smile.
* Re-distill 1 litre of gin with 300g of salt.
