Mexico meets mangosteen in this tequila drink by the bar legend from Akademi.
45ml Blanco tequila
15ml Orange arak
15ml Cointreau
25ml Citrus juice
2ds Mangosteen bitters
20ml Mangosteen syrup
Shake all ingredients together, double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a dried mangosteen salt rim, and dried orange and dried lime wheels.
