40ml Cognac
10ml Coffee liqueur
7.5ml Vanilla liqueur
1 Shot espresso
Yerba mate
Stir all ingredients except mate tea then shake. Strain into a Collins glass and top with mate tea. Garnish with coffee beans and cinnamon powder.
