60ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
15ml Orange curacao
20ml Manzanilla sherry
12.5ml Orgeat syrup (preferably homemade)
25ml Lemon juice
4ds Yellow Chartreuse
Swizzle with crushed ice in a tall glass, top with more crushed ice and garnish with 3 mint sprigs, discarded lemon zest and little lemon wedge.
